Setup Days Timeout for each bargain price in Magento Product Bargain Price

Hi all,

CRM4Ecommerce.COM has been released new version 1.3.1 for extension Magento Product Bargain Price with new awesome feature: Allows setup number days timeout for each bargain price after new price is accepted from customer or administrator.

1. How to use
1.1. Configuration
Allows administrator setup default number days timeout in Module Settings:

- When “Apply expired date for accepted price of each bargain” is Yes: Allows setup number days timeout for all bargains.
- “Default Number Days that Accepted Price of each Bargain will be Expired” is default number days time out for all bargains.

1.2. Set number days timeout for administrator’s reply price
After setup “Apply expired date for accepted price of each bargain” is Yes, each time administrators Make Quote or Negotiate Price, they can set days timeout for price.

When customer refuse administrator’s quote/price and administrator reply another price, they can also set a new number days timeout.

1.3. Auto set expires date time after new price is accepted
After price is accepted, expires date time for bargain will be created and applied automatically. Moreover, if price is auto-accepted, expires date time for bargain will be created and applied automatically based on default days timeout.

Finally, customer can only add to cart and place order with new price before Expires date time.

2. How to implement code of version 1.3.1
Step 1: Contact with us to get updated file package crm4ecommerce_productbargainprice.zip with version 1.3.1 and extract this file.
Step 2: Upload all files and folders in folder step1 into magento site’s folder.
Step 3: If you modified our module’s design and mail templates on your site, let open each files in folder step2 and re-modified these files by your style. If you didn’t changed anything in our module’s design and mail template on your site, let upload all files in folder step2 into your magento root folder.
